in the position, as ongoing training is provided. Individuals from a variety of sales
backgrounds have had success with our organization. The ideal candidate must also be
able to easily navigate a computer, internet and computer programs, such as Microsoft
Word, Excel and Outlook.
About the position:
This is a full time salaried position. Plus you will earn sales commissions and
bonuses. Experience preferred but not required.
All correspondence with prospective clients is performed by phone and email in our beautiful,
state-of-the-art Fort Lauderdale offices. There is no travel, no working nights or weekends,
no cold calling and no face-to-face sales. All prospects are motivated and reach out to us
first from our nationwide marketing efforts. Each day, you will consistently receive as many
leads as you can effectively handle. Your main role is to confirm the best financing, debt or
credit related solution available to the prospect by asking a series of proprietary questions.
From there your role is to direct and give the prospect the confidence to proceed by ensuring
they have a clear understanding of how the particular solution will benefit their situation.

Customer Service Representative

Each day you will be required to dial and connect to our sales floor as many clients as you
can effectively handle. Your main role is to get the client on the phone, verify their information
and then simply connect or transfer that prospect to a loan representative in house. You will also
be required to answer incoming calls and answer simple questions about the company.
